I bought my car mats on the recommendation from a young MAN in Halfords. They couldn't help me and I tried Amazon they were rubbish and didn't fit properly. My mats from you fit perfectly and were cheaper than Amazon . Thank you so much for being there and answering my request. Much appreciated.

Really good customer service. Our first mat wasn't right and was quickly exchanged for a mat that fits perfectly. Very good quality too

These mats are great and the service from CarMats was spot on.
I chose Grand quality with an additional heel pad and embroidery for my Fiat 500 Mild Hybrid. The front mats just popped into place really easily on the existing fittings in a few minutes and they all fitted exactly. Everything is well constructed and of good quality and the ability to personalise them at a small cost, is an added bonus.

Ordered the Car Mats, however, one of them was damaged on delivery. Instantly thought, this is going to be a nightmare.

Sent an email to support with the picture of the damage. The team got back to me very quickly with the offer of a replacement.

A few days later, the replacement arrived free of charge.

Cant fault the support at all, Amy and Dan made sure all was ok. Many thanks guys 5* service and support
